I have an old Craftsman LT1000 mower with a B&S Model 31P677 19.5 Intek engine. It cranks but doesn't want to start unless I use starter fluid. Once I get it started, it runs rough with misfires. Here is what I've done so far: - Replaced the carburetor. - Emptied fuel tank and replaced with fresh fuel.
